The ENGIE HR ambition reflects its commitments : to enhance and develop the human capital of the Group in all its diversity by implementing an open and innovative human resources policy that creates value for everyone in the company and all its customers.

Flagship initiatives and quantified targets are implemented and set to promote the recruitment and professional training of disabled people. In France, the Group’s objective is to employ 6% of disabled workers (compared to 4.2% in 2018) but also to have 3% of disabled apprentices among its young alternates.

ENGIE wants to deepen its policy of integrating persons with disabilities and unify the initiatives taken across the various Group entities because our purpose is to contribute to harmonious progress.
