A culture of inclusion and belonging at BASF
BASF embraces diversity: Around 120 different initiatives for a better inclusion of its inherent diversity are currently going on at BASF in Europe. This shows the wide range of projects driving a company culture where employees are valued for their different experiences and perspectives. Examples range from mentoring concepts for women in leadership positions to establishing a network of D+I ambassadors, and including D+I and social engagement targets in national CSR strategies.
All these efforts contribute to raising awareness for a culture of inclusion and belonging where all employees can perform at their best. This will not only benefit BASF, but also add to the further growth of Europe as a whole.
