A story of professional inclusion at Eni
She is a mineral engineer, has worked around the world with increasing responsibilities and is a mother of two: meet Francesca Zarri, the head of Eni’s southern Italy district.
When she started her career, colleagues used to familiarly call her ‘Franceschina’, or little Francesca. Now, she is in charge of an industrial complex with 316 people and 24 operating wells. She has a solid and well trained staff to rely on, discuss issues and find solutions. But she is the one ultimately calling the shots.
Ms. Zarri’s story is just one example of how we #EmbraceDifference at Eni.
